Meine Radiologie Holding acquires Radiologisches Zentrum Speyer

20.01.2021

Frankfurt / Speyer (Germany), 20 January 2021 - Meine Radiologie Holding („MRH“) has acquired Radiologisches Zentrum Speyer MVZ GmbH („Radiologisches Zentrum Speyer“). The center consists of two practices in Speyer and covers a very wide range of radiological and nuclear medicine diagnostics.

The Radiologisches Zentrum Speyer is lead by Dres. Walser and Dechow and has a qualified team of experienced radiologists and medical staff. Thanks to the latest equipment technology and gentle methods, patients are offered precise and customized diagnostics as well as preventive care in the best image quality for optimal further therapy. The focal points of the range of services include: CT, MRI and X-ray diagnostics, nuclear medicine and mammography. The center has been certified according to DIN ISO:9001 since 2006.

Both practices are located in hospitals - in the Diakonissen-Stiftungs-Krankenhaus and in the St. Vincentius-Krankenhaus - and thus ensure outpatient and inpatient care for both hospitals as well as for all other outpatients.

With the Radiologisches Zentrum Speyer, the MRH Group not only acquires the first practices in Rhineland-Palatinate, but also establishes a new regional cluster, which will be strengthened by further practice acquisitions in the near future.

This transaction again demonstrates that MRH is successfully implementing its growth strategy despite the current difficult market environment. In the past 18 months, Diagnostikum Berlin, MVZ Radiologie und Neurologie Mosbach GmbH, MVZ Radiologie Tempelhof GmbH and Strahlentherapie Augsburg have joined MRH. In addition, three gynecological practices in Lüdenscheid and Halver were acquired by MRH subsidiary Berglandklinik Lüdenscheid.

Triton invested in Meine Radiologie Holding (formerly Deutsche Radiologie Holding) in January 2019.
