Meine Radiologie Holding acquires high-tech center in Augsburg
Frankfurt / Augsburg (Germany), January 24, 2020 – Meine Radiologie Holding (formerly Deutsche Radiologie Holding) has acquired the Medical Care Center Radiation Therapy Augsburg.
Half a million people in Germany get cancer each year. Radiation Therapy Augsburg is a pioneering medical care center in the treatment of tumors. The facility was founded by radiation experts Dr. med. Jörg Hombrink, Dr. med. Christoph Reiter and Dr. med. Hubert Gilg and is now one of the leading practices for radiation therapy in Germany.
Two latest-generation linear accelerators and a high-quality 4D computer tomograph guarantee the best medical care at a university level. In addition, special radiation therapy techniques such as intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) are offered in practice.
Triton invested in the former Deutsche Radiologie Holding in January 2019.
