Unident acquires Dental Systems and Gama Dental

Falkenberg (Sweden) 16 January 2019 - Unident AB (Unident), a portfolio company within the Triton Smaller Mid Cap Fund (TSM) have recently acquired companies Dental Systems Oy (Dental Systems) and GAMA Dental AB (GAMA Dental), in order to strengthen Unidents presence on the Finnish and Swedish markets respectively.

Founded in Helsinki 1977, Dental Systems employ 15 people and are active in dental equipment, consumables and supplies and service on dental units and other equipment.

GAMA Dental sells dental consumables as well as smaller dental equipment. The company has been located in southern Stockholm since 1950 with 17 employees and a turnover of just over SEK 100 M.

Unident is a leading Nordic importer and distributor of dental products with a complete product and service range from equipment and consumables to digital solutions, lab services, training and support.
