Unica acquires fire safety from Boele

Hoevelaken/Ede (The Netherlands), 14. January 2019 – Unica, a Triton Fund IV company, announced the acquisition of Boele Fire Protection, a specialist in water supply for fire protection systems. The acquisition will strengthen Unica’s specialized fire safety activities, which Unica operates in since the beginning of this century via Unica Fire Safety. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The products and services of Boele Fire Protection complement Unica’s portfolio which offers customers now even better fire protection solutions from A to Z. The acquisition of Boele Fire Protection fits in with Unica's strategy to strengthen its expertise and portfolio of specialized activities. Last week, the technical service provider announced the acquisition of Dotwood in this context, strengthening its ICT positioning. In recent years, security, industry and energy activities have also been expanded through the acquisitions of Nsecure (2017), Pro-Fa Automation (2017) and Hellemans Consultancy (2015).
