Triton has signed an agreement to acquire AVS Verkehrssicherung

Kürten (Germany), 28 November 2017 - Funds advised by Triton ("Triton") and AVS management have signed an agreement with funds advised by Steadfast Capital to acquire AVS Verkehrssicherung GmbH, the leading highway traffic safety services provider in Germany. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
