Triton completes acquisition of Imtech Nordic
Stockholm (Sweden), 2 November 2015 - Funds advised by Triton ("Triton") have successfully closed the acquisition of Imtech Nordic, a leading Nordic complete technical installations partner that operates through three business segments: Heating and Plumbing, Ventilation, and Electrical installation and services. Triton fund IV acquired all the assets of Imtech Nordic from Waterval BV. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
