Triton completes acquisition of Fertiberia Group
Frankfurt (Germany), Madrid (Spain), 13 February 2020 – Funds advised by Triton (“Triton”) have successfully completed the acquisition of Fertiberia Group S.A. (“Fertiberia”), a leading producer of fertilizers and industrial chemical products, from Grupo Villar Mir (“GMV”). Terms and conditions are not disclosed.
