Eleda Group to acquire Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänst AB

Stockholm (Sweden), 01 July 2019 – Eleda Group, a Triton TSM fund portfolio company, has acquired all shares in Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänster AB (Salbohed AB) a provider of civil engineering and contract services in the Västerås area in central Sweden. Terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

Salbohed AB is the fourth regional company within Eleda Group alongside sister companies Akeab, KEWAB and Mark & Energibyggarna AB.

Through this transaction, Eleda Group will expand its coverage to include the Västerås area within the Stockholm-Mälaren region in central Sweden. Salbohed AB has a yearly turnover of around 400 million SEK and approximately 50 full time employees in addition to 30 contractors. The company combines civil engineering and contract services within logistics and data centers and has a strong public sector order intake.
