DYWIDAG-Systems International establishes new Joint Venture in Jining, China

Jining (China), 17 June 2016 - DYWIDAG-Systems International (DSI), a Triton Fund III company, now holds 50 % of the shares in JM Jining, a producer of ground support products. The transaction is a joint venture with Jennmar, which holds the other 50 %. Chinese authorities approved this acquisition, and the transaction closed in mid-April 2016.

JM Jining has a proud history of supplying local mines, operates out of two production halls in Jining and currently has more than 100 employees. Whilst the company will continue to develop its local presence, it will also develop an in-house manufacturing basis for DSI’s international customer basis.

Under the guidance of DSI Underground, JM Jining will continue to expand its offering of ground support systems for the benefit of DSI’s global customer basis step by step.
