AVS Verkehrssicherung has signed an agreement to acquire Implenia SVA GmbH
Kürten/Saarbrücken (Germany), 27 January 2020 – AVS Verkehrssicherung („AVS“), a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire Implenia SVA GmbH („SVA“), a renowned provider in the field of construction site safety based in Saarbrücken. Terms and conditions of the transaction are not disclosed.
SVA, based in Saarbrücken, employs 30 people. It has many years of experience in construction site security as well as road marking and is part of Implenia Modernbau SVA Straßen- und Verkehrs-sicherungs-Anlagen GmbH. Today the company is part of Implenia Modernbau GmbH, which belongs to the Swiss construction service provider Implenia AG. In addition to Saarland, SVA is also active in Rhineland-Palatinate and Luxembourg. It works closely with state developers, cities and municipalities, as well as private construction companies.
