Aventics acquires Vector Horizon Technology

Laatzen (Germany), 30 March 2017 – Aventics, a Triton Fund IV company, has acquired Vector Horizon Technology (VHtek), a developer of clean energy systems with a focus on emission control systems and advanced mechatronic.

VHtek, based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, USA, will primarily support the further development of Aventics’ commercial vehicle sector. In addition, VHtek technologies and the increased R&D capacities provided by the owners and employees of VHtek, will further benefit Aventics core sectors such as Industrial Automation, Life Sciences, Energy, Food & Beverage, and Railway Technologies.
