Ambea acquires Norwegian TBO-Helse AS

Solna (Sweden), 10 January 2017 – Ambea, a Triton Fund III company, has acquired Norwegian TBO-Helse AS, a private care company with specialist services within the disability field. 

The parties have agreed not to disclose the acquisition price.

About TBO-Helse AS

TBO-Helse was founded in the fall of 2010. The majority of the operations are located in Troms Fylke in northern Norway and in Bergen. The company has about 85 employees and has enjoyed steady growth.
