Falkenberg (Sweden), 29 September 2022 – Unident Group (“Unident”), a Triton TSM I portfolio company and leading Nordic innovator within dental equipment, consumables, and provider of lab services, announces the formation of a new European leader, by joining forces with companies ADT and Hofmeester. The new group will be operated under the control of a joint holding company and the transaction is still subject to customary regulatory approvals.
The future group consisting of Unident (Sweden), ADT and Hofmeester (both Netherlands) will have an annual turnover of more than EUR 160 million with operations in nine countries serving more than 20,000 clinics. The group companies will keep their individual brand names.
Aside from a significant overall increase in geographical footprint, the formation of the new group will drive synergies within product categories and new offerings, as well as providing a platform for further expansion throughout Europe.
