Overview
Overview

Sustainability and risk management are core to Triton Partners' business and our approach to managing and improving performance.

Sustainability considerations are embedded throughout Triton Partners' investment lifecycle. From due diligence through active ownership and exit planning, we work with portfolio companies to identify material environmental, social and governance priorities. It is our firm belief that value can be created and realised through a deep understanding of sustainability themes and drivers.

Triton Partners' sustainability framework

Triton Partners works closely with portfolio companies to build capabilities, track performance and pursue operational and strategic improvements. Our Stewardship programme begins pre-investment, runs throughout the period of ownership and concludes through the exit process. It is designed to drive accountability, performance and long-term value creation at portfolio companies.

Triton Partners has a sustainability policy that outlines our commitment to embedding integrate sustainability
principles into everything that we do, across our the entire investment cycle, and how we run our own business.

Industry engagement

To stay at the forefront of the sustainability agenda, we engage with industry groups such as BVCA, SVCA, Invest Europe, the Private Equity Sustainable Markets Initiative Taskforce, and the initiative Climat International (iCl). Participation in these groups brings great value not only through access to guidance on the rapidly changing regulatory environment, to enable us to support portfolio companies, but more importantly being able to support the development, and be at the forefront of best practice guidance for the industry.
