Since the acquisition by Triton in 2011, management has implemented a number of measures to strengthen the market position of Compo's consumer business. These included the implementation of a continuous innovation process targeted at launching one product innovation per year and establishing “COMPO” as the leading brand in the market. In addition, the company significantly complemented its product portfolio with the acquisition of Terrasan in 2012, the leading private label manufacturer in Germany and Austria. We are confident that the business will continue to prosper under its new owner.
