“The data-driven insights market is undergoing a structural shift toward greater automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled workflows, increasing demand for high-quality human data and rigorous response validation at scale. Triton brings deep sector expertise to the investment through our prior portfolio company Norstat, a market research platform realised in April 2024. As owners, we intend to invest behind Cint's global reach, breadth of data sources, and expanding its core media measurement platform while also accelerating the pace of innovation, supporting the Cint to move at the pace this shift requires.” says Daniel Björklund, Partner and Investment Advisory Professional at Triton Partners.
“Cint is a global market leader at an inflection point across both its research and media measurement businesses. Demand for high-quality, real-time data continues to grow, and Cint’s global scale in research combined with its momentum in media measurement, particularly the launch of outcomes, positions it to meet that demand. We know this market well and have confidence in the team.” says Gustaf Behmer, Investment Advisory Professional, Business Services at Triton Partners.
“Triton Partners backing gives us greater flexibility to build on Cint’s foundation centered around: helping organizations access trusted human intelligence and use it to make better decisions, but now with increased speed and focus in a private setting. We now have an opportunity to invest more decisively in the products, people, and partnerships that will shape the next generation of research and measurement technology.” says Patrick Comer, CEO of Cint.
