We are delighted to announce that Triton Partners has won Actum Group's "Value Creation Deal of the Year: Lower-Mid" award for Norres, which was sold in May 2023.
During Triton Smaller Mid-Cap’s ownership, Norres has becomea world market leading manufacturer of industrial plastic hoses, completed three acquisitions, achieved around 10% annual organic growth, and increased sales by over 170% to well over EUR 100 million.
The award was given by a panel of judges, who evaluated investments based on the increase in EBITDA between acquisition and exit, along with other value creation metrics. The award underscores Triton Partners' ability to drive value creation through margin expansion and revenue growth.
