Triton completes the acquisition of AVS Verkehrssicherung

Kürten - Funds advised by Triton ('Triton') and AVS management have completed their acquisition of AVS Verkehrssicherung GmbH, the leading highway traffic safety services provider in Germany. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
