IPS Gebäudetechnik AG was founded in 2012 and has developed within a decade into a leading specialist for ventilation technology in the Canton of Bern. Since 2022, Berger Klima Biel AG in Biel has been part of IPS, further strengthening its expertise in refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology. With the acquisition of IPS Gebäudetechnik AG - that isexpected to be completed by the end of October 2025 - the bluu unit alliance is entering the Swiss market, taking a significant strategic step toward the company’s internationalisation. bluu unit sees enormous growth potential across Europe due to similar market conditions, including stricter PFAS regulations, rising urban temperatures, and the increasing expansion of data centers.
