Reesink Canada Holdings Acquires Ag Authority - Focus on Growth

07.10.2025

Saskatchewan (Canada), 7 October 2025 - Reesink Canada Holdings Inc., the Canadian division of Triton Fund V portfolio company Royal Reesink, a leading international distributor of agricultural, construction, landscaping and logistical machinery, announced the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Ag Authority, a well-respected agricultural equipment dealer based in Kinistino, Saskatchewan on October 2, 2025. This acquisition marks a strategic expansion of Reesink’s Canadian operations, growing their Full Line CLAAS dealer network from three to four locations and strengthening its presence in key large-scale agricultural areas.

Ag Authority, located in the fertile Carrot River Valley, has a robust product portfolio including brands such as CLAAS, Horsch, MacDon, Versatile, and Elmer’s. Ag Authority has established itself as a cornerstone within the community, and has built a reputation for strong customer relationships, community engagement, resilient performance, and a service-oriented team.

This acquisition strengthens Reesink's ability to offer broader product coverage, absorb equipment trades, and support the roll-out of new innovative machinery. It also reinforces Reesink’s strategic plan of improved territory coverage with operational synergies and clearly positions Reesink as a platform for future growth.

Following the acquisition of Lawson Sales in 2023, Ag Authority adds to a list of targeted acquisitions and strategic partnerships which Reesink has done as part of the Group’s Buy & Build strategy since Triton’s investment in September 2019.
