Kevin is an investor relations professional and a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the TSM funds.
He joined Triton from the Private Equity Fund Raising team at Deloitte LLP in London. He also worked in Corporate Finance at Deloitte. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham.

Prior to joining Accelerator Unit in 2013, Graeme was the Global Director of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) and Sustainability at Amcor Speciality Packaging. He also worked at Environmental Resources Management and Shell International. Graeme holds an MSc in Environmental Management from the European Association of Environmental Management Education and an MA in Geography from the University of Glasgow. Graeme is also a Fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.

Lyndon joined Accelerator Unit from Business Growth Fund, where he was Head of Information Technology and Business Intelligence. Prior to that, he held various roles including Group Technology Director at Amalgamated Metal Corporation, UK Chief Technology Officer at Société Générale, and Chief Technology Officer at Kleinwort Hambros.

Before joining Accelerator Unit, Mikael was the President and CEO at VR-Group Ltd. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President, Northern Europe of Carlsberg Breweries AS and as CEO of Oy Sinebrychoff Ab. Mikael has also sat on the boards of numerous organisations, including Mehiläinen Oy, Confederation of Finnish Industries, Suomen Kansallisteatterin Osakeyhtiö, Service Sector Employers PALTA and Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. He holds an Executive MBA.

Lilia joined Triton in 2024 from HSBC’s Investment Banking division where she was a Senior Associate on the Financial Sponsors and Hedge Funds team. Prior to that, she worked on the Real Assets desk with a focus on Real Estate and Sustainable Loans. She holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Aberdeen.

Gustaf joined Triton in 2010 from Blackstone where he was part of the Private Equity Real Estate team in London. He holds a MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and Wharton as well as a degree in Russian from Stockholm University.

Mike is a member of the Manager Committee of Triton Investments Advisers LLP. Mike founded Tatsu Partners in April 2020 to establish an independent debt advisory and restructuring business with international growth aspirations. Recognised as an expert in the mid-market, he sources debt for private equity-owned and private businesses, typically between £10-300 million. Prior to Tatsu Partners, Mike spent 10 years as head of Debt Advisory at Wyvern Partners and 6 years leading the Debt Advisory team at Hawkpoint. He began his career in banking, most recently as Managing Director, Leveraged Finance at CIBC. Mike holds a degree in Economics from Trinity College, Cambridge.

Prior to joining Triton, Gesche worked for Cohen and Company Financial Limited in London, where she was Managing Director and Head of European Sourcing. Before that, Gesche held positions at Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers in London and Merrill Lynch in Frankfurt where she focused on distressed debt sourcing. She also worked for Norddeutsche Landesbank, Hanover, in International Restructuring, as well as for KPMG Restructuring Advisory in Frankfurt. She holds an MBA from Henley Management College and a degree in Cultural Studies and Linguistics from Johannes-Gutenberg University.

Before joining Accelerator Unit, Emily worked in construction project management on office fit-out projects at JAC Group. Prior to that, she held HR, Operations, and Office Management roles at Centerbridge Partners, where she established the Europe office, built and managed teams and oversaw HR responsibilities. Emily also worked in Financial PR for The Millbrook Partnership and in the Research department at Brunswick Group. She holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a BA (Hons) from Canterbury Christ Church University.

Anja joined Triton from Quadriga Capital in Frankfurt, where she worked as a Director focusing on healthcare transactions. Previously she also worked for BC Partners in Hamburg and for Merrill Lynch International in London. She holds a Diplom-Kauffrau degree from European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Prior to joining Triton, Daniel worked at Lehman Brothers and Nomura where he advised clients on M&A transactions in the Consumer & Retail sector. He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Prior to joining Triton, Fabian held the position of Partner and Head of DACH at Gilde Healthcare in Frankfurt, where he was responsible for all investment activities in German-speaking Europe. Previously, he worked as an Investment Professional at Bridgepoint in Frankfurt and as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in the UK and in Germany. Fabian holds a MBA and a PhD in Finance from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany).

James Brenner joined Triton from Patria Investments where he was a Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Development, responsible for North American coverage. He also has previous experience from PineBridge Investments and AIG Investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with specialisation in Finance from the A. B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Oliver joined Triton from Brevan Howard Asset Management LLP in London where he was working in the Investor Relations team. He has a degree in Modern Languages with Business, with a specialisation in French and Spanish, from the University of Nottingham, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Tom joined Triton in 2023 from Sofinnova Partners, where he was Partner and focused on late-stage investment in EU healthcare and life sciences. He started his career in GlaxoSmithKline as a Research Engineer. Tom holds an Engineering Doctorate in Biochemical Engineering and Bioprocess Leadership from University College London, a MSc. in Biochemical Engineering from University of Birmingham, and a degree in Biotechnology from University of Leeds.

Fady joined Triton from Alchemy Partners, a London-based special situations’ fund. Prior to joining Alchemy, he had worked at the Merchant Banking division of Rothschild and J.P. Morgan. Fady has a Master of Science in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from the Imperial College London and a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut.

Julia is a non-executive director of Triton Investment Management Limited, the Jersey Fund Manager.
She has over 20 years of relevant private equity, investment and capital markets experience. Julia is a qualified solicitor, beginning her legal career with Simmons & Simmons in London in 1991. She has now been based in Jersey for over 15 years.

Thomas joined Triton from I Squared Capital where he was a Vice President on the Investment Team. Thomas began his career at Macquarie advising on infrastructure M&A transactions. He holds a Master of Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Sean joined Accelerator Unit in 2024 from Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, where he served as Group Digital Director and EMEA Division Director. Earlier, he held various executive roles leading industrial technology business groups during a 14 year career at Honeywell. Sean holds a Postgraduate HR as Chartered Fellow with CIPD and has an MBA from Cranfield.

Maximilian joined Triton from AlixPartners where he was a Managing Director serving corporates and private equity clients on holistic value creation programs in the Industrial, Services and Consumer Products industries. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey as Associate Principal. Maximilian holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Matthew is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for all TMM and TSM funds, sits on the boards of Triton Investments Management SARL and Triton Investment Management Limited, and is a member of the Manager Committee of Triton Investments Advisers LLP.
He joined Triton from the London Stock Exchange Group, where he was Chief Financial Officer for LSEG Post Trade, having previously worked at KPMG LLP in London and Stockholm as Transaction Services Director, and at BDO LLP as an Audit Executive. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.

Matthew sits on the board of managers of Triton Investment Management Limited, the Jersey Fund Manager.
He joined Triton from Mourant where he advised on commercial, corporate and capital markets law, a wide variety of offshore fund structures as well as all aspects of administration. Matt is a qualified solicitor and also has a degree in Law from University of Exeter.

Gani joined Triton from Taconic Capital, where he was a Director in the London office focused on credit investments. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Strategic Value Partners in London. Gani started his career in 2008 in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey in London. He has a Bachelors in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

David joined West Park from Morgan Stanley in London, where he was an Executive Director in the Leveraged Finance team. He was previously a member of the Leveraged Finance teams at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and then Barclays in London. David holds a BA in Economics from Durham University.

Prior to joining Triton, Joachim was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group in Norway, where he focused on private equity, retail/consumer goods and financial services. Before that, Joachim worked at Accenture in Oslo. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics.

Stephan joined Triton in 2006 from Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Berlin, where he was a project manager in the restructuring and corporate finance practice. Stephan has a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland (lic. oec. HSG). He has also studied at the London School of Economics and Columbia Business School in New York.

Per is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the TSM funds.
Prior to joining Triton, Per was CEO at Creades AB in Stockholm and served as a Board member at several of Creades’s portfolio companies. Before that, Per worked at Ratos AB, McKinsey & Company and Arkwright. He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Before joining West Park, Michael held various senior management positions at Hilti Corporation. Among others, he served as VP Sales in Germany, Senior Vice President Marketing & Key Accounts for Region North America and most recently, Michael was a member of the Group Executive Management Team with global responsibility for the Energy & Industry division. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager in the German and South-East-Asia offices. Michael holds a degree in social and economic sciences from Johannes Kepler University, Linz and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, Atlanta.

Beata sits on the boards of Triton Investments Management SARL and Triton Investment Management Limited, and is a member of the Manager Committee of Triton Investments Advisers LLP.
Prior to joining Triton in 2011, Beata was the Head of Business Operations at Allianz Capital Partners in London, where her role included Human Resources, Operations and Compliance. Previously, she was Head of Human Resources at Triton. Earlier in her career, Beata worked with executive search, management assessment and talent development at Korn/Ferry International and Accenture. Beata has a MSc in Psychology from the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities and a Diploma in Investment Compliance.

Before joining Accelerator Unit, Sebastian was an M&A Tax partner at KPMG. Prior to that, he worked at P+P Pöllath + Partners, where he focused on advising private equity investors in the tax structuring of complex cross-border transactions, financings and reorganisations. Sebastian is a chartered German tax advisor (Steuerberater) and holds an MBA as well as a Ph.D from the University of Cologne.

Prior to joining Triton, Moritz worked for J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking Division in London with a focus on M&A advisory in the utilities and oil & gas industries. Moritz holds a BSc in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA from IESE Business School.

Pauline joined Triton Partners in 2025 from Reach Capital where she was part of the primary and secondary capital advisory teams in Paris. Prior to that, she worked at Ardian in the investor relations team covering the MENA & SEA regions. She holds a BCom from the University of Sydney.

Matthew Haimes joined Triton in 2025 from Mercury Capital Advisors, where he was Partner, and a member of the Leadership Committee. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Safanad as Partner and Global Head of Business Development, Marketing, and Communications, and at Quilvest Private Equity as a Partner. Earlier in his career, Matthew served as Managing Director and Head of UHNW for the UK and Nordics at Credit Suisse, and held leadership positions at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Bear Stearns across London, New York, and Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College, Hartford, CT.

Claus co-leads the Triton Mid Market funds and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for all TMM funds. He is also Head of the DACH region, oversees Triton's activity in Italy, and co-leads the Industrial Tech team.
Claus joined Triton in 2007 from Court Square Capital in London. He started his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in London and Frankfurt. He holds a degree in International Management (Diplom-Betriebswirt) from ESB Reutlingen and a degree in European Business from Dublin City University.

Chrysanth joined Triton from Goldman Sachs European Special Situations Group, a principal distressed debt investing group. Chrysanth holds an advanced diploma in Corporate and Commercial Law from New York University School of Law and a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel.

Alice is a member of the Manager Committee of Triton Investments Advisers LLP.
She joined Triton from Arcmont Asset Management, where she was Head of Legal, having moved with the Private Debt team as part of their spin-out from BlueBay Asset Management, where she was Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to that, Alice worked as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance team at Weil, Gotshal and Manges. During her time at Weil, Alice spent eight months on secondment to the Goldman Sachs MBD team. Alice started her career at Clifford Chance, where she worked in both the London and Amsterdam offices and qualified into the Banking and Finance team. She holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from University of Leeds and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.

Before joining Accelerator Unit, Mattias held the positions of Global Head of M&A Tech and CDO at EQT Exeter. He also served as the Group's Global CIO/CTO and was part of the EQT IPO team. Earlier in his career, Mattias was CIO at SOS Alarm AB and Riksbyggen Ekonomisk Förening, along with leadership positions at the Swedish Tax Authority. Mattias holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Lund, Sweden.

Hans Petter joined Triton from Morgan Stanley where he was an Analyst in the M&A Execution Team. There he worked on diverse M&A transactions across Europe in a range of industries. Hans Petter holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Eckhard joined Accelerator Unit from West LB, where his most recent roles were co-head Leveraged Finance DACH and Head of the Leveraged Loan Portfolio Exit Group. Previously he spent eight years at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in their German leveraged finance team. Eckhard began his career at Dresdner Bank in 1985. He has a degree from Bankakademie Kaiserslautern, Germany where he studied Banking, Economics and Bank Law.

Thomas co-leads the Triton Mid Market funds and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for all TMM funds. He is also Head of the Nordics and oversees Triton's activity in the Netherlands. He joined Triton in 2012 from Ratos where he was an Investment Director. Thomas began his career in 1994 at Enskilda (SEB) as a Business Analyst and subsequently held the positions of Brand Manager at Arla Foods and of Senior Associate at Booz & Company. He holds a MSc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.

Martin co-leads Triton alongside Peder Prahl and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for all Triton funds. Prior to Triton, Martin worked at Warburg Pincus in London as an investment professional. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt, before joining Booz Allen Hamilton in Munich. Martin holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a Diplôme of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.

Sachin joined Triton from 3i Private Equity in London, where he was responsible for multiple acquisitions in Technology Services and Industrial Technology across Europe and the US. He began his career at Citigroup in the Global Industrials and Services team. Sachin holds a postgraduate Master of Finance Degree from the University of Cambridge and a BSc degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London.

Thomas joined Accelerator Unit from Capri Sun Group, where he was the Director of Group Controlling, Innovation & Supply Chain. Previously, he spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble in Geneva, where he held various positions including Investment and Finance Manager of Global Business Services for the EMEA Region and Finance Manager of the supply chain group for merchandising. Thomas holds a management degree specialised in Production Management, Financial Accounting and International Management from the WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management in Vallendar, Germany.

Before joining Accelerator Unit, Helena held the position of Event Manager at Mews of Mayfair in London. Previously, she worked as an Event Manager at London Capital Club. Helena holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Karlstad University.

Andi leads the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap funds and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the TSM funds.
Prior to joining Triton in 2009, he spent eleven years as an executive at Procter & Gamble, where he worked across all business lines, leading reorganisations / restructurings, strategic planning and portfolio management. Andi holds a degree from the University of Mannheim and also studied at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences.

Arnoud joined Accelerator Unit from Kramp Group, where he was Chief Digital Officer and member of the executive board. Prior to that, he held a number of roles including Chief Technology Officer at Sanoma Learning, and spent over seven years at Gartner. Arnoud started his career as a Management Consultant at Accenture. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Maastricht and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode University.

Philipp joined Accelerator Unit from Aurelius Wachstumskapital, where he was a Senior Managing Director and served as CEO of the Aurelius portfolio company AKAD University. He began his career as a Strategy Consultant at Booz & Company and Stern Stewart & Co. Philipp holds a PhD from Augsburg University and an MSc. in International Business from HEC Paris.

Jonas joined Accelerator Unit from Bain & Company where he was a senior leader in the Industrial Goods & Services and Private Equity practices. During his 20 years at Bain, he worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including engineering, oil & gas and private equity, throughout Europe and the US. He has extensive experience in full potential strategy development, performance improvement, operating models and change management. Jonas holds an MSc with distinction from Stockholm School of Economics.

Salla is a non-executive director of the board of managers of Triton Investments Management SARL, the Luxembourg Fund Manager.
She is an independent consultant specializing in fund & corporate governance, compliance, risk controls and delegates oversight matters within alternative investment funds. Salla currently holds board mandates in PE, RE, debt and fund of fund structures and has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Salla holds a Master in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics in Finland.

Thibaut is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of certain TMM funds.
He joined Triton in 2023 and has worked in private equity over the past twenty years. Previously, he held senior positions at TDR Capital and Apax Partners, specialising in driving growth and transformation across a wide array of investments and sectors. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College and MIT.

Pierre-Alexandre sits on the board of managers of Triton Investments Management SARL, the Luxembourg Fund Manager.
Prior to joining Triton, Pierre-Alexandre was a Partner in the Corporate M&A Department at SJL Law Firm in Luxembourg. Before that, he worked in the Corporate M&A Department at Linklaters. Pierre-Alexandre holds a master’s degree in commercial law from the University of Aix-Marseille and an LL.M in international commercial law from the University of Aberdeen.

Jens joined Accelerator Unit from Meine Radiologie Holding, where he was the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration. Earlier in his career, he held various M&A roles at GEA Group in Düsseldorf, ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG in Essen, and Siemens AG in Munich. Jens holds a BA and MA in Corporate Management & Economics from Zeppelin University.

Before Koos joined Triton, he served as a Vice President for Bain Capital in London, where he focused on transactions in the Benelux region and on the industrial, consumer and retail sector. Prior to that, he was responsible for multiple acquisitions and divestments for the global portfolio of HAL Investments in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Koos holds a Master of Science in International Economics and Finance from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.

Before joining Triton, Joakim was a Financial Services Audit Manager at KPMG AB in Stockholm. Previously, he worked as an Audit Manager at PwC S.à.r.l. in Luxembourg, and a Planning Officer for the UN/KFOR. Joakim holds a MSc. in Economics and Finance from Stockholm University. He is also a chartered accountant in Sweden.

Alistair is a member of the Manager Committee of Triton Investments Advisers LLP.
He has 35 years' private market investment experience and was a partner and Investment Committee member of Actis from 2004 to 2018. Previously, he was a director and standing member of the Investment Committee of PPM Capital Limited (now Silverfleet Capital) from 1993 to 2004.
Alistair currently holds non-executive roles with Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust, Coronation Capital and Castlebay Investment Partners along with being the Chair of St George’s School, Ascot.

Hans is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of certain TMM and TDO funds.
He has been a member of the TDO Investment Advisory Committees since 2013 and was a member of the TMM Investment Advisory Committees from 1998 to 2021. He has been involved in a number of investments, including Befesa, Talis, EQOS Energie, EDSA, DeepOcean, Polygon and SCHOCK.
Prior to joining West Park, Hans worked at Sal. Oppenheim and Arthur Andersen. He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne. In his spare time, Hans runs his family wine estate and is a passionate business angel and VC investor.

Ditte joined Accelerator Unit in 2025 from Element Materials Technology, where she was EVP, Chief People Officer. Prior to that, she held several CHRO and HR leadership roles at Microsoft, BMI Group, Covetrus, and Arrow Electronics. Ditte holds an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and has completed a Board Executive Degree at INSEAD.

Nick joined Triton from Novalpina Capital, where he was the Head Trader for the firm's credit strategy. Prior to that, he spent over five years at Strategic Value Partners. He also worked as a Vice President in Credit Sales & Trading at Commerzbank, having started his career at Dresdner Kleinwort. Nick has a BSc in Government & Economics from the London School of Economics.

Prior to joining Triton, Frank was the Head of Financial Control at State Street Jersey Limited. He previously held Financial Control positions at Citigroup and Mourant in Jersey. Frank holds a degree in Banking and Finance from University of Ulster at Coleraine and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Nadia is responsible for Triton's co-sponsorship deal activity and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of certain TMM funds.
She joined Triton in 2006 from Dresdner Kleinwort in Frankfurt, where she worked in M&A and corporate finance advisory. She has a Diplom-Kauffrau degree from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jonathon joined Accelerator Unit from Macquarie Group, where he was an Associate Director in Macquarie's Infrastructure and Real Assets division based in London, focusing on European M&A transactions, joint ventures, refinancings and restructurings. Previously, Jonathon worked as a lawyer in the corporate finance team at Clifford Chance LLP. He studied at the College of Law, and holds an LLB law degree from University College London. Jonathon is a practicing English solicitor and member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

Melanie joined Triton from Oaktree Capital Management in New York where she was responsible for managing client relationships and raising capital. Previously, Melanie worked at Hardt Group Advisors and its predecessor HVB Alternative Advisors, Credit Suisse Asset Management and Banc of America Securities. She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a BS in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and is a CFA charterholder.

Dylan joined Triton from BlueMountain Capital Management, where he was a member of the Investor Relations team and was responsible for coverage of North American investors. Prior to that he worked at Barclays on the Commodities Sales desk. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

Before joining Triton Moana was the Global Head of Compliance for CQS, a global multi strategy asset manager. Prior to that she was with Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP as Head of Compliance and MLRO. Moana holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University, New Zealand.

Before joining Triton, Beatrice was an Investor Relations Professional at Pantheon Ventures LLP in London. Previously, she worked at Fidelity International and Morgan Stanley, in Sales Support roles. Beatrice holds an MSc in Management with a major in Corporate Finance and a BSc in International Economics, Business, and Finance, both from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Patrick is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of certain TMM funds.
Before joining Triton, Patrick was a Director at Eaton Partners responsible for fundraising in Europe. Prior to that he was an associate at Adams Street Partners in the secondaries team and started his career at Credit Suisse in M&A. Patrick holds a CEMS Master’s in International Management from SDA Bocconi and a Master’s in Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management.

Per-Oskar joined Accelerator Unit from Nordea in Stockholm, where he worked as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance team. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at SEB Enskilda in Stockholm. Per-Oskar holds a MSc in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Prior to joining Triton, Besh was Head of Private Equity Services at BNP Paribas Securities Services in Jersey. Previously, she held multiple positions at KPMG Channel Islands and KPMG Philippines. Besh is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BSc in Accounting from Assumption College in the Philippines.

Before joining Accelerator Unit, Joakim was the President and CEO of SAG Group GmbH. Previously he served as the President and CEO of Haldex AB (publ.), where he implemented numerous successful structural and operational value creation measures. Joakim also held several leadership positions at ABB, such as Group Senior Vice President, Head of Business Area Power Transformers at ABB Ltd and President and Country Manager of ABB Brazil Ltda. He is currently a board member of SEMCON AB (publ) and has sat on the boards of Concentric AB (publ), The Confederation of Swedish Enterprises, and The Association of Swedish Industries. Joakim holds an MBA from INSEAD in France, and an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.

Cian joined Triton from PwC, where he worked in external audit within the Asset and Wealth Management division. Cian holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Amyn leads the Triton Debt Opportunities funds and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the TDO funds.
He joined from Strategic Value Partners where he focused on European distressed debt investments. Previously he was in the London office of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and focused on European leveraged buyout opportunities. He also worked for Goldman Sachs in New York and London in their Investment Banking Division. Amyn has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics and Computer Science from Dartmouth College.

Jan joined Triton in 2016 from Ratos AB in Sweden and Finland, where he was a Senior Investment Manager and Head of Finland. Before that, Jan worked at Tamro Group, Carbion Oy, and The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MSc in Economics from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Finland.

Peder has been the CEO of Triton since inception and co-leads the firm alongside Martin Huth. He is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for all Triton funds and an Investment Advisory Professional in the Triton Mid-Market team.

Before joining Accelerator Unit, Jasper was a Partner of McKinsey & Company, CEO of Robert Bosch Healthcare Systems, and a Managing Director at Accenture. He has a clinical and science background, with roles as Research Fellow in Medicine at Harvard University, as well as resident and fellow in internal medicine at university hospitals in Munich, Zurich, and Freiburg. Jasper holds a M.D. degree from the University of Munich.

Daisy is a member of the Manager Committee of Triton Investments Advisers LLP.
She joined Triton in 2013 from Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Prior to that, she was at Deloitte & Touche LLP. She is a practising solicitor and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, she holds an LLM in International Tax Law from QMUL, and she also holds a BA in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute, University of London.

Before joining Triton, Steffen was an analyst in the M&A team at Merrill Lynch in Frankfurt. Steffen holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of the West of Scotland.

Michael is a non-executive director of the board of managers of Triton Investments Management SARL, the Luxembourg Fund Manager.
He has international experience in treasury, asset management and capital markets, with strong experience in directing investment and portfolio management teams. He holds sound expertise in risk management in a wide range of asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives, alternative investments and private equity. Michael holds a Diploma in Banking from IHK Düsseldorf in Germany and a professional qualification in Private Client Investment Advice & Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in London, England where he is a chartered member (MCSI). He also is a member of Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) in Luxembourg.

Carl Johan joined Accelerator Unit from Ernst & Young where he was a Chartered Accountant in Stockholm and Dubai, focused on audits for listed and global clients under IFRS & US GAAP. He has a master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.

Prior to joining Accelerator Unit, Helmut worked as Manager Strategic Sourcing for Deutsche Lufthansa AG in Frankfurt. Before that, he was a Category Manager for direct and indirect materials for LSG Lufthansa Service Holding AG and its subsidiaries. Helmut has a Masters degree in English from San Francisco State University.

Philipp joined Accelerator Unit from Barclays Investment Bank in London where he worked in the European Leveraged Finance team. Previously, Philipp was a member of the Leveraged Finance teams at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and WestLB. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.

Before joining Accelerator Unit, Marc was part of the management team at Planetly, a Carbon Accounting Software Start-up that was later sold to the US Software Firm OneTrust, where he continued to serve as the Global Director of Sales for the ESG & Sustainability Cloud. Previously, he worked as Lead Venture Architect at BCG Digital Ventures (now BCG X) and as Management Consultant at BCG helping companies unlock their full potential through digitization and corporate venture building. Marc holds Degrees in International Management (CEMS Master of Science, Bachelor of Science) from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, ESADE Business School in Barcelona and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.

Cornelius joined Accelerator Unit from Sixt Leasing SE in Munich where he was most recently working as a Head of Corporate Development / M&A. Previously he also worked as an Analyst in the German Investment Banking Team at Nomura in Frankfurt and London. Cornelius holds a Master of Sciences and Diplôme de Grande Ecole in Management from ESCP Europe in London, Madrid and Paris.

Peter joined Triton from Portfolio Advisors, where he was a Partner and Co-Head of European activities. Peter has worked in private equity for more than 28 years, first as an institutional investor at AXA-Colonia insurance, followed by senior positions in the fund of funds industry. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.

Before joining Triton, Anna held the role of Senior Compliance Analyst at Butterfield Bank in Jersey. Previously, she worked as an AML Manager at Aztec Financial Services, and as a Compliance Manager (MLRO & MLCO) at Anglo Irish Bank. Anna holds the ICA International Diploma in Compliance.

Prior to joining Triton, Jennifer served as the Managing Director and Head of Human Capital for the Europe and Asia Pacific regions at Apollo. She started her career at UBS and also spent time at PIMCO, where she worked in the London and Singapore offices covering both European and Asia Pacific regions. Jennifer has an MA in Theology and Religious Studies from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge University.

Michael joined Triton from Citigroup, where he worked in the Investment Banking Division in Frankfurt and London and advised on several M&A transactions. He holds a master's degree in International Economics and Business from University of Innsbruck.

Prior to joining Triton Henrik was Head of Transactions at OX2 Wind AB in Stockholm. Previously, he worked as part of the investment team at CapMan Buyout and within M&A at HSBC Global Investment Banking. Henrik holds a Master of Science in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Anders joined Accelerator Unit from Ericsson, where he was Senior Vice President and CIO and Chairman of the LatAm Region. As a former Senior Partner and Director of McKinsey & Company, he led the global High Tech and Mobile Telecom Practice and the European Private Equity Practice. Anders holds a Master in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, including MBA studies at the Western University, Ivey Business School, Canada.

Cenk joined Triton in 2020 from BlueBay Asset Management LLP, where he was a partner, member of the Management Committee and oversaw their Global Business Development team. He started his career in equity research in London before moving to fundraising at Bear Stearns and later at Capital Group, where he was responsible for the firm’s institutional relationships in Europe and the Middle East. He holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School and a BA degree in Management from Bosphorus University of Istanbul, Turkey.

Matthew oversees Triton's activity in the UK and is a member of the Manager Committee of Triton Investments Advisers LLP.
He first worked with Triton in 2004 and has served on the board of several Triton portfolio companies as a non-exec, before joining West Park in 2018. Previously, Matthew held a number of positions, including International Head of Global Private Equity at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he managed over $20 billion, designate CEO of Kaupthing Bank overseeing the successful restructuring post the financial collapse in Iceland, and Senior Director at Prudential. He completed the solicitor examination at Guilford Law College and holds a BA in Law.

Charlotte sits on the board of managers of Triton Investment Management Limited, the Jersey Fund Manager.
Before joining Triton, Charlotte held the position of Senior Fund Administrator at Mourant Services Limited. Charlotte is a qualified company secretary and an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI). Charlotte also holds a Certificate in line management with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a Diploma in AML with the International Compliance Association (ICA) and a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IOD).

Fergus joined Triton in 2025. He was previously a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Private Capital team within the Strategic Communications division of FTI Consulting. Fergus holds a BA in English Literature from the University of York.

Helen joined Accelerator Unit from consultancy Eden McCallum LLP, where she was a Partner and Head of the London Office supporting the delivery of strategy and operational improvement projects for a range of clients and sectors across DACH, Northern Europe and the US. Prior to this, she was a Senior Manager within Accenture’s Strategy Practice. Helen holds a BA in English Studies from the University of Nottingham.

Emma joined Accelerator Unit from Cathay Capital in Shanghai, where she was the Portfolio Manager and in charge of the Chinese portfolio’s monthly financial monitoring and analysis, post investment valuation, and LP reporting. Previously she also worked for ETAM China as well as PwC Shanghai. She holds a joint MBA degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Webster University and a Bachelor degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She is a Certified Public Accountant in China.

Julia leads Triton’s China team.
She joined Triton in 2024 and has worked in private equity for nearly twenty years. Previously, Julia held senior positions at Carlyle Group, CICC Capital, and Starbucks China, where she worked as VP of Strategy and Transformation. She started her career in management consulting at ATKearney. Julia holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.

Shawn joined Triton in 2023. He holds a Bachelor degree in Law from University College London and a postgraduate diploma in Bar Vocational Studies from City, University of London.

Craig joined Triton from JPMorgan Private Bank in London, where he was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Earlier in his career, he worked for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Allen & Overy LLP. He holds an LLB from King’s College, University of London and an MSc in Taxation from Oxford University.

Before joining Triton, Friedrich was an Investment Manager at Steadfast Capital, today named Borromin Capital, in Frankfurt. Prior to that, he worked in consulting in the area of transaction advisory. Friedrich holds a Master of Science in Finance from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and a Bachelor of Commerce in econometrics and international business from the University of Sydney.

Before joining Triton, Yu worked as part of the Client Relations and Marketing team at Muzinich & Co. Previously, she worked as an Institutional Clients Account Manager at Franklin Templeton International Services S.à r.l. and as a Relationship Manager in Financial Institutions at Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt. Yu holds an M.Sc in Finance & Information Management from Goethe-University Frankfurt and is a CFA charterholder.
