Milan/Fidenza (Italy 30 - Funds advised by Triton ('Triton') have successfully completed the acquisition of Bormioli Rocco’s pharma business (“Bormioli Pharma”), a leading pharma primary packaging manufacturer from Vision Capital. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
