Frankfurt / Ludwigsburg (Germany), 8 May, 2025 – bluu unit, a company of the Triton Mittelstand Fund II and a rapidly growing alliance of regionally strong companies in the field of sustainable refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology, is further expanding its regional presence in North Rhine-Westphalia through the acquisition of WLMS Refrigeration-Air Conditioning-Ventilation System Technology GmbH ("WILMS") in Mönchengladbach.
The specialist in refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology has more than 30 years of industry experience and employs 33 highly qualified professionals with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. WILMS strengthens the team of K3 Kälte Klima Köln GmbH, an established member of the bluu unit alliance, by adding an experienced and customer-oriented unit. Together, both companies form a powerful team in North Rhine-Westphalia.
