Before joining Triton, Mattias held the positions of Global Head of M&A Tech and CDO at EQT Exeter. He also served as the Group's Global CIO/CTO and was part of the EQT IPO team. Earlier in his career, Mattias was CIO at SOS Alarm AB and Riksbyggen Ekonomisk Förening, along with leadership positions at the Swedish Tax Authority. Mattias holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Lund, Sweden.
