Kampa was acquired by Triton Fund II in January 2007
Kampa AG was one of the leading manufacturers of pre-fabricated houses in Germany. The company offered advice on the procurement of related financing, the development and marketing of real estate properties and the set-up of prefabricated houses and provided after-sales services. Triton acquired Kampa from the majority owner and founder Wilfried Kampa.
Triton divested Kampa AG in December 2010.
