DSVM Group was acquired by Triton Fund I in February 2004
Founded in 1976, DSVM Group AB (formerly DSV Miljø A/S) provided services and logistics to the recycling and construction industries in the Scandinavian region. Services included cleaning contaminated soil, recycling of construction materials and raw material supply through its gravel extraction / pit business. DSVM Group offered clients a full end-to-end service package, from supply and logistics to waste collection and recycling. Triton acquired DSVM Group from DSV, a publicly listed Danish logistics company.
Triton sold DSVM Group to the Danish financial institutions FIH, PKA and LD in January 2015.
