Thomas Hofvenstam succeeds Magnus Lindquist as Head of Triton Advisers Sweden AB
Stockholm (Sweden), 15 December 2014 - Thomas Hofvenstam (45), has been appointed Head of Triton Advisers (Sweden) AB ("TAS") and will lead the Nordic investment advisory team.
Thomas Hofvenstam joined TAS in 2012 following eleven years at Ratos AB where he was an investment director working on a number of investments throughout the Nordic Region. Thomas started his career in 1994 at Enskilda Securities (now SEB) and subsequently worked as a brand manager at Arla, followed by five years at the management consultancy Booz & Company. He holds an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Uppsala. Thomas recently advised Triton fund IV on its investment in Scandinavian Business Seating.
Thomas Hofvenstam said: "We have established a strong platform in the Nordics and I am looking forward to taking on this new opportunity and responsibility". Magnus Lindquist added: "I have been fortunate to lead the Triton investment advisory team in the Nordics. It has been an exciting journey and I am proud of what we have achieved.
