Polygon acquires VANWAARDE

Stockholm (Sweden) / Goes (The Netherlands), 10 April 2019 – Polygon, a Triton Fund III company has acquired document restoration specialist VANWAARDE with retroactive effect on 1 January 2019.

“I am very pleased with this acquisition. We found that there was a demand for document restoration services in the Netherlands, also from a global perspective. We are happy to now be able to provide these services for our customers. It increases our proposition as a full-service company”, said Marlies van der Meulen, Country President at Polygon Netherlands.

VANWAARDE was founded in the 1970s and is a specialist in restoring documents, artefacts and art with a turnover of around 1.7 MEUR and 14 employees. The acquisition will strengthen Polygon Netherlands position in the business area of document restoration.
