Europart signs agreement to acquire Swedish Parts Dealers LVD and Trailereffekter

Hagen (Germany) / Stockholm (Sweden), 1 February 2016 – Europart, a Triton Fund II portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire Swedish Parts Dealers LVD and Trailereffekter from Axel Johnson International AB. This acquisition is expected to increase Europart’s position in Northern Europe. The transaction is subject to antitrust approval.
