Assemblin signs agreement to acquire Swedish installation and service company Delta

Stockholm (Sweden), 4 May 2016  Assemblin, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire Swedish installation and service company Delta. This acquisition will strengthen Assemblin´s position in the northern part of Sweden. The transaction is subject to antitrust approval.
