Assemblin completes acquisition of Skanska Installation
Stockholm (Sweden), 3 October 2016 - Assemblin, a Triton Fund IV company, has completed the acquisition of Skanska Installation from Skanska Sverige. Skanska Installation’s roughly 830 employees, spanning over 20 locations in Sweden, will join Assemblin.
The acquisition of Skanska Installation represents a significant enhancement for Assemblin in the areas of electrical engineering, heating & sanitation and ventilation.
